Age Limit Rules
- Minimum Age: 10 Years
- Children aged 10 and above are permitted to participate in the Intro Try Dive and PADI certification courses.
- Children under 10 are welcome on the boat as passengers and can do surface snorkeling if comfortable.
- Maximum Age: 60 Years
- Healthy adults up to 60 can dive.
- Anyone above 50 must fill out a self-declaration health form, and those with pre-existing conditions need a doctor's clearance.
Medical Health Restrictions
You cannot participate in scuba diving if you have any of the following conditions:
- Asthma or Respiratory Issues: Active asthma requiring inhalers is a strict restriction.
- Heart Disease: High blood pressure (uncontrolled) or heart ailments.
- Pregnancy: Pregnant women are not permitted to dive for safety reasons.
- Recent Surgeries: Must be fully recovered (at least 6 months post-op).
- Epilepsy or Seizures: Any history of fits or fainting spells.

Guidelines for Young Divers (Ages 10 to 17)
Children between 10 and 17 years can experience the underwater world under dedicated instructor supervision:
- Parental Consent: A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor on the boat and sign the standard PADI participant liability waiver.
- Sized Gear: We provide junior-sized wetsuits, child-friendly masks with silicone skirts, and lightweight air cylinders to ensure comfort.
- Gentle Depths: Junior divers are kept at shallow, coral-dense depths (3 to 6 metres) where ambient light is brightest and equalizing is effortless.
Senior Divers & Active Adults (Ages 50 to 60)
Age is never a barrier to adventure if you are physically active and medically healthy. Many of our most enthusiastic divers are seniors exploring the underwater realm for the first time:
- Cardiovascular Fitness: You should be able to climb the boat boarding ladder comfortably and withstand mild physical exertion.
- Blood Pressure: Mild, medication-controlled blood pressure is acceptable with your physician's approval.
- Ear Canal Health: History of recent eardrum perforations or ear surgeries must be cleared by an ENT specialist.
Non-Diving Companions & Family Pass
If some members of your group or family do not wish to dive, they do not need to stay behind on the beach! We offer Non-Diver Boat Passes (₹1,500 per person) which include:
- Round-trip scenic boat cruise to Netrani Island and back.
- Life jackets and surface snorkeling gear to float on the calm surface of the reef.
- Refreshments and the chance to witness the marine beauty of Netrani alongside their family members.
